    Loved this building: quiet, clean, good character
    Cons:
    Location just because i work downtown

    nothing to say here

    old building, decent for a first time renter

    Pros:
    only studios/1 beds, mostly professional respectful tenants, close to subways
    Cons:
    mice, lots of bugs, cracked ceilings/walls/baseboards, radiator doesn’t work, no sunlight
    Advice to owner:
    better rodent control/accountability, better maintenance jobs (most are done sloppily and without care)
