    lotta random noises from street like dumpsters and high pitch vent units scree

    clean, good location, easy to manage packages
    Cons:
    Very squeaky floors and ceilings, some crazy noises from surrounding buildings like 6 am dumpster trucks, and vent units making loud high pitch screeching noises
    Advice to owner:
    Charge less / be more open about the random noises and fix ur floors
