    Friendly neighbors for the most part Great location Elevator
    Cons:
    Roach problem and management doesn’t care Everything is the problem and responsibility of tenants

    So far, pretty good

    - Exterminator 2x a month - Excellent water pressure - Elevator - Large Laundry room - Large Studios
    Cons:
    - Some bug encounters on first floor - Sometimes slow response to issues - Recurrent but occasional ceiling leak which required cosmetic repairs
