    Great, sturdy building. Well built. Responsive management.

    Stolen packages, dirty hallways, radiators with a mind of their own

    Wish the management company was a little faster to respond sometimes. But overall they been great

    Never heard my neighbors, safe area, management negotiated our annual rent increase down.
    Cons:
    Tiny shower - bad water pressure.
