    Rodents and cockroaches as well as hoarder in the building

    Pros:
    New super that is trying to make things betters
    Cons:
    - multiple sightings of rats inside the building due to improper trash storage
    - cockroaches seen throughout the building
    - unsafe package drop off area
    - mail constantly being left outside of mailboxes
    - improper heating in the winter
    - various issues with water
    - hoarded in the 1st floor that creates an unpleasant smell throughout the building
    - multiple notices from the city for violations

    Start managing the building lol
