    Aj Clarke building Poorly managed/cleaned

    Pros:
    Building is on a Quiet block
    Cons:
    Building isn’t cleaned routinely. Constantly dirty boot prints in lobby from super and contractors
    Advice to owner:
    Hire better superintendent for building.
