No major issues - would recommend!
Former Tenant
Pros:
Very clean - lived here for two years and never once saw a bug. Very safe - lots of cameras around the building and no packages were ever stolen. The super is great and is always readily available!
Cons:
Floors are very thin so it’s easy to hear everything. The sink sometimes gets clogged.
