Always always always noisy constriction in the bldg. Service and help lacking for a “luxury bldg”

Responsive management, helpful staff, friendly tenants, very convenient location, large units with really great closet space
Cons:
Floors a bit thin so hear those above you .. or maybe my upstairs neighbors are just particularly loud
