    Pretty quiet place from the avenue

    Pros:
    The staircase is wide and not dirty. Newly renovated apartment.
    Cons:
    Can sometimes hear neighbor: mice and coach roaches make appearances sometimes even with pest control- keep it clean and close up all holes
