Small and peaceful location
Former Tenant
Pros:
- Peaceful neighborhood - Walls are thick so barely any noise - Train lines are reliable - Very dependable super
Cons:
- Across the street from school so kids playing outside at lunchtime was very noisy - Bugs and roaches in the stairwell but not in unit - Heat was too much so hotter inside then out

Few problems, but no support ever
Former Tenant
Pros:
Building super Martin is great with help, neighbors are good, never have had an issue with electricity or water or other basic necessities.
Cons:
Very difficult to get in contact with management to fix stuff or get help for other issues.
