    Great Location, No Frills

    Pros:
    Excellent location and no major issues with pests, management, etc.
    Cons:
    Common areas (hallways, lobby, etc.) leave much to be desired and need a deep clean.

    Not getting much in the way of amenities - but to be expected in a building this old.

    Various issues often outside of mgmt control - malfunctioning main door, gas line shutdown for extended period.
    Advice to owner:
    Common areas need a deep clean and re-paint. Deep clean units prior to new tenants moving in.

    Pros:
    Amazing super, he’s very responsive and proactive. Neighbors are quiet and friendly. Trash room is very clean.
    Cons:
    No laundry in building. Small units. Lots of stairs.
    Advice to owner:
    Please give us laundry!
