Solid place, responsive management

Pros:
Well kept, regularly maintained, very secure
Cons:
can be slightly noisy at night if your unit/room is facing Lex Ave.
Advice to owner:
Just keep maintaining communications like you're doing already!

Roaches live here

I got my full deposit back. They’ve renovated since.
Cons:
Roaches, heater boils you half the year.
Advice to owner:
Control the heat somehow.
