Cute apartment but management is horrible
Former Tenant
Pros:
Nice modern apartment close to train stations in great location in ues
Cons:
Management horrible. They are very rude. Took 3 months security deposit from me because I was foreign at the time I didn’t know that was illegal. For breaking the lease and finding a new tenant at no loss to them they charged me 2 month rent as a fee. The heating is out of control and can’t control.
Advice to owner:
Be kinder to the tenants and more understanding or bad situations.

When your building is owned by a Corp instead of a human!
Former Tenant
Pros:
This place is centrally located to so many cafes, amazing restaurants, parks, both Q and 4/5/6 subways. The building only has 5 units so you’ll know your neighbors if that’s your thing. Units have been renovated.
Cons:
Management sucks- the entire building complained about having mice in their apartments, many calls, text, emails, and they never sent an exterminator. Completely ignored. During Covid they did nothing to help those going through hardships. Communication is awful, they ignore you or don’t get back to you in weeks. The super is part-time so you have to work around his hours. Packages have been stolen, many complaints from all tenants were made to management to instal cameras or just tighten up security and this was also ignored.
Advice to owner:
Be human, and treat your tenants like if they were you, maybe they’d stay longer.
