Do not trust landlord Michael Crane
Former Tenant
Pros:
No problems before Michael Crane took over as landlord.
Cons:
Michael spent 6 months after I moved out giving me excuses why he didn't have the money to return my security deposit (e.g court cases he was involved in, the cost of heating the building, Covid halving rents - despite the fact that my rent was never lowered during Covid). Then he stopped returning my calls and texts, it has been a further 6 months. I am trying to get my security deposit back through the courts but it is not easy.
Advice to owner:
Michael, I would love to amend this review to say you have returned my security deposit. Please return my calls and/or texts.
