    Pros:
    Back side of the building is incredibly quiet.
    Cons:
    Persistent mice issue that could/would not be resolved. Took an incredible amount of communication and persistance to have any maintenance things taken care of.
    Advice to owner:
    Have things installed and fixed properly the first
    time.
