Extremely noisy building

Very convenient location
Cons:
Extremely thin walls, so you hear everything from all the neighbors around you and above you.
Advice to owner:
Invest in soundproofing. Start caring about your tenants

Pros:
Great super. Great location.
Cons:
Thin walls that creates neighbor noise and floors squeak. Also the building has large roaches and mice at times
Advice to owner:
Renovate units with insulation in the walls and floors to prevent neighbor noise. Clean and Redo trash chutes, evaluate pipes and water leaks to reduce infestation of rodents and insects
