Basic but functional...

Pros:
The building is well-maintained and the elevator rarely has problems. There is almost too much heat in the winter (that's how it is with these old buildings), and the neighbors here are really caring and nice people.
Cons:
The hallways need updating.

Very responsive super. Laundry in building with elevator. Overall friendly neighbors.
Cons:
There is definitely a roach problem. There is a monthly pest guy who comes, but if your neighbor doesn’t let him in, you’re kinda screwed. Also the walls and floors are thin. You can hear everything.
Advice to owner:
It’s nyc, a roach once in awhile isn’t the end of the world, but when it’s every day, that’s not a good sign. You can also find them in the hallways. Dealing with noisy neighbors and complaints - there needs to be some sort of action if they don’t oblige. Lastly, updating to electronic payment for rent.
