Great Building

Pros:
I like the elevator, the owner responsiveness, trash management being in the basement is good they take it out often so it doesn’t get gross down there, laundry in the building
Cons:
Price it’s pretty expensive

Separate living space and kitchen in studio
Laundry in basement

Annoying neighbor
Hallway looks kind of ugly

Very poor sound proof setting apartment

Cons:
Very poor sound proof apartment, you mental peace depends on how respectful your neighbors are (from above, next door and from below)
