    Pros:
    I like the elevator, the owner responsiveness, trash management being in the basement is good they take it out often so it doesn’t get gross down there, laundry in the building

    Price it’s pretty expensive

    Annoying neighbor Hallway looks kind of ugly Sometimes packages get stolen No online rent portal

    Very poor sound proof apartment, you mental peace depends on how respectful your neighbors are (from above, next door and from below)
