    Decent, no-frills building

    Pros:
    The neighborhood is quiet, neighbors are friendly
    Cons:
    Have to nag to get things fixed, texts to landlord often go unanswered. Still have to pay rent with a check via snail mail, which is ridiculous for 2023.

    Cleanliness, updated appliances, safe access to building, great communication by owner / management, laundry in building
    Cons:
    Smaller apartments, noisy hallways
