Quiet area and nice rooftop deck.
Cons:
Water pressure in the bathroom was bad. Uneven stairs.

It’s a gorgeous building till they let it get destroyed or they’re letting it get destroyed and possibly setting it up for a fire. Yes, I say that with all seriousness.
Cons:
June Homes management is atrocious the YWA 87th Street LLC if it exists is absolutely just as liable at this point
Advice to owner:
End The June Homes contract inNYC
