Don’t expect anything
Former Tenant
Pros:
Outside noise is fairly blocked in our unit but not the next door noise.
Cons:
Roaches, rats Cabinet under sink was rotten and not fixed Bathroom ceiling leaks frequently Window slides are broken An old building covered up to look like something, you can’t even call it livable. It’s like an art project done last minute with random things put together -IN A BAD WAY.
Advice to owner:
Try living in your building and see if you like it.
