    Moved out before the lease to GET OUT!
    Former Tenant
    Pros:
    Rent was relatively cheap, we had our own bathrooms, and it’s close to the train.
    Cons:
    RATS! We had mice AND rats and the building did NOT do what they could’ve done to rid the building and take actual care of it. We had so many issues with our windows, draft made the apartment unbearable cold during the winter, and noise was inhabitable.
    Advice to owner:
    DO BETTER! Families pay to LIVE here not SURVIVE here. This a home.
