Super would take days to respond, Building is always dirty

Quiet neighbors, newish appliances
Cons:
Super and management are slow to respond. It takes forever to get anything fixed.

Good value apartments

Pros:
Building is close to the 6 line and easily accessible by bike. Super is responsive.
Cons:
It can be really noisy if your apartment has any windows facing the street. 116th street is really busy and there’s often people outside eating tacos.
