Pros:
laundry in the basement, dishwasher, exposed brick in our apartment, relatively responsive management and generally quick to correct things, rent increases weren't bonkers, nice neighborhood and proximity to park
Cons:
our gas was shut off for like a six month period at one point so we had to get a hotplate. we also had mice right after moving in, but we haven't seen them again since the super's crew came by and filled in all the holes they could find (that could also have something to do with me bringing my cat to the apartment though). this area is also LOUD. across from a school and next to a main street so really not super ideal if you work from home.
