    Decent place to live if not for bugs

    Pros:
    Cheap. Good responsiveness from landlords. Spacious rooms. Central air.
    Cons:
    Had a huge bug problem for awhile. Eventually, landlord got exterminator to deal with it after like 3 months and 3-4 attempts by exterminator. AC unit was broken for awhile. Also expensive utilities in the winter months.
