Nice apartment, good neighborhood
Pros
It's a very clean, quiet apartment. The neighbors are nice, the appliances are good. The windows are large.
Cons
There have been a few cockroaches downstairs, but they have dealt with them.
Questionable safety, small space, nice overall
Pros
Newly updated, double doors, consistent pest management, and although management have ZERO customer service skills whatsoever, the building is close to the office so things get resolved in a decent amount of time
Cons
The street it’s on is across from a mental health/addiction recover center or home and there is a lot of loitering in the street. When I lived there there was a woman who would harass and sometimes assault people on the street and an ambulance would take her away eventually but she was SO LOUD along with lots of loiterers on this buildings doorstep playing music and drinking.
