Historical brownstone building

Pros

Doorman and management is super nice, long term residents who are generally helpful, great location, amazing bars and restaurants in neighbourhood

Cons

Unless something is an emergency things will get fixed slowly - not super bad but a couple of days easy.

Amazing experience

Pros

This is the only apartment I’ve ever lived in where I haven’t seen a single roach or mouse in my unit. It’s quiet, spacious, clean, and equipped with good appliances. Management is also friendly and responsive.
