Loved living here!

Pros:
Super is super responsive and great, units have in laundry washer dryer, gym in basement
Cons:
The heat is so hot, the winter feels like a sauna

Super and management were responsive
Security deposit returned on time
Apt was clean when we moved in
No rats and bugs in our apt
5 min from 1 train Hmart CVS Wedtside Market
Washer dryer in unit
Cons:
It was pretty hot during the winter so we had to adjust the heater which sometimes shook and sputtered water if we had it all the way closed
My room faced wall so lack of light
A few of my roomies packages disappeared from the package room
As NYC is city of rats, two windows didn’t have built in filters - wish they did for better protection against rats
Dishwasher drain left by previous tenant a little yucky so we had to clean
Advice to owner:
Echo below review - the super Zanun is fantastic!

beautiful historical, washer and dryer, dishwasher, new appliances, central location
Cons:
no owner / management responsiveness, faulty appliances with no repair
