    Decent apartment with reasonable price

    Pros:
    Friendly neighbors and its location
    Cons:
    Old and 50% not friendly landlord
    Advice to owner:
    Pick the high floor to avoid noice in the morning and also choosing the side thay facing 106th for good source of sunlight
