    A unique, unrenovated 100-year old building
    Former Tenant
    Pros:
    Spacious rooms, tall ceilings, right next to the subway
    Cons:
    Not renovated, no laundry, my apartment mostly faces north and the neighboring buildings, and you can hear the ventilation
    Advice to owner:
    Add some upkeep
