    Typical building, very fine.

    Pros:
    In unit washer dryer
    Super is nice
    Very quiet
    Spacious
    Cons:
    Owner refit hallways with no rent reduction/ accommodation to the current residents during construction
    Very unresponsive except in emergency
    Terrible brokers
    Costs way to much for no ongoing upkeep
    Doesn’t keep hallway clean

    Pros:
    Close to subway, near the famous Apollo Theater.
    Cons:
    It was next to a burned down store. Landlord was rude. Problem with mice coming from the kitchen.
