Roaches galore entirely
Former Tenant
Pros:
Convenient, elevator available, nice remodelling job with hardwood
Cons:
Cockroach issue, long time for responsive, nothing fixed regarding hot water in apt
Over 2 years ago
A little slice of hell.
Former Tenant
Pros:
Close to the subway. Neighbors are pretty decent.
Cons:
The landlord And super are incredibly terrible at their job. The day we moved in the place was barely finished. Dirt stayed on the walls for years. For years I lived with mice and roaches. The super and landlord rarely responded when a situation needed handling.
Advice to owner:
Pickup the phones and listen to your tenants.
