Pros:
The apartment itself is quite nice (was recently renovated) and the appliances are newer.
Cons:
I dislike the building management as they are terrible at responding and taking care of issues. Also, the heat in the winter doesn’t turn on consistently. We have complained but they never fix the issue
Advice to owner:
Do your job and help tenants when they ask for it.

Huge apartment and noisy neighbors

Pros:
The apartments are very spacious, super close from 3 train, The super is also great
Cons:
The main issue are the NOISY neighbors
Advice to owner:
Start to charge water and install a fine for noise. The building structure shakes with the sound of the music some neighbors insist in play, specially during the night.
