Review of Second Floor 74 Jackson Avenue

Pros:
The place was very big and the living room is the best part.
Cons:
- Kitchen is outdated - bathroom is old and outdated -rent was way too much - landlord will push off repairs bc he lives in Florida - landlord will make you fix it temporarily (had to exchange doorknob and fix bathroom screen door) - landlord will blame you for all damages after move out even thought you’ve complained about it during your stay -landlord does not review the apartment prior to move in, he does not make note of prior damages and blamed us for things that were there before we moved in (example: rust on sink)
Advice to owner:
Maintain your apartment, clean it and repair it
