You can find better
Former Tenant
Pros:
New, renovated, nearby essential places (laundry and grocery stores)
Cons:
Illegal plumbing from restaurant downstairs caused whole building to not have heat or hot water for quite a while in the middle of a polar vortex
Advice to owner:
Be proactive.
