Moving After The Lease Is Up
Former Tenant
Pros:
Rent was cheep and nice for a first apt for a bunch of college students but there were a lot of problems that are hard to over look.
Cons:
Neighbors play loud music every weekend
Unresponsive landlord and super
Packages frequently stolen
Apparently pests in the building bug I’ve never seen any
Poor trash management
Loud pipes at all hours on
Advice to owner:
Be move actively involved in your property, it takes months to receive any maintenance. And make packages easier to receive because they are often left in the lobby and stolen
