There are roaches in the common areas which has led to an infestation in my apartment. There are also plumbing issues. The drains in my apartment have filled and flooded my bathroom and kitchen multiple times. To be clear, the water would come from the tub, sink and toilet drains, not the faucets and typically when I wasnt home.

Don’t move into apartment 63. Neighbors in 64 and below you in 53 play music at all hours of the day, making your life hell. The management company does not care to enforce “peace and quiet”
