    Pretty good student housing

    Pros:
    Everything was alright, not too expensive
    Cons:
    One of the toilets leaked to the floor below and it took three visits and evidence to get maintenance to fix it the right way. Also there will be roaches.
    Advice to owner:
    Get maintenance who believe the tenants.
