You wanted a Manhattan apartment.

Pros:
Whenever I've had an issue, whether plumbing or a mouse, they've been very responsive very promptly. I honestly cant complain, although it would be nice if they swept / mopped the steps inside more than once a week. Also a safe package delivery cage would be nice, but then they'll just drive up the rent.
Cons:
Neighbohood noise around the block from one guy who thinks he is the DJ for the whole neighborhood, sometimes til 3AM. That's not a cultural thing, that's just plain selfish rudeness. Also, there have been numerous thefts in the building of Amazon packages and the like, but that has been rampant in the neighborhood and the entire country. Still frustrating.
