Former Tenant
Pros:
Lots of space & great location - across from Grocery store and close to the A train.
Cons:
Alma Realty is simply put, a mess. Our super Milton does all he can for us but he just doesn’t have to proper tools/enough help.
Advice to owner:
Respond to your tenants when they tell you their windows are broken :)

Pros:
Location, local eateries and nearby park!
Cons:
The superintendent is straight up nasty. Building cleanliness could improve. Packages go missing from mail area.
Advice to owner:
Perhaps employ a super who is attentive to the tenants.
