    Bad maintenance sucks

    Pros:
    Neighbors are quiet
    Cons:
    Dirty building. They don’t give heat. They don’t fix apartments. You pay rent but they don’t want to do anything for the tenants
    Advice to owner:
    People pay rent. Fix their apartments and give heat
