Nice rental in WaHi

Pros:
Lots of space, renovated kitchen with stainless steel appliances, closet space, nice super
Cons:
Management failed to appropriately deal with mold that is growing in one of the bedrooms. Frustrating to keep having to deal with this issue after almost two years of expressing concern.

Pros:
The super is amazing! Extremely helpful, easy to get in touch with, lives in the building, keeps the building as clean as possible, very friendly. Clean building Overall pretty quite Tons of heat in the winter
Cons:
The owners are scum. At one point I had bedbugs for over a year bc they refused to get rid of them. They will not get rid of roaches or mice or anything unless you sue them. When they bought the building they tried to evict everyone and even tried to break into residences homes to scare them out. They over price units when the whole building is rent stabilized.
Advice to owner:
Deal with all the infestation and maintenance issues that are never fixed in the building and units!
