LOUD radiators
Former Tenant
Pros:
The apartments are spacious and most of the neighbors are nice. They get lots of natural light. There is a laundry mat, grocery store, and lots of fast food nearby.
Cons:
The radiators are insanely loud. Not just a normal old New York building, It bangs so loud you can hear it even when you’re outside of your apartment. The building is always infested with roaches and bedbugs. There is alway urine under the stairs. People party outside and play loud music all hours of the day and night. Management is a nightmare. They’re rude and non-responsive. The super is unprofessional and refuses to fix anything.
Advice to owner:
Get a proper super. He speaks ill of upper management and upper management speaks ill of him, so why is he still there? Fix the radiators or be honest with your tenants upon move-in.
