Cute and airy apartment

Pros:
Lighting in apartment was great, beautiful bathroom
Cons:
Had a lot of roaches. This was back in 2018

The building HAS had bedbugs.

Has an elevator.
Cons:
Bedbugs in G line. Hot water spotty in some lines because of restaurants located in building. At least 2 daycares on above ground floors.
Advice to owner:
You could do a bit better.

Pros:
Amazing neighborhood, right next to fort tryon park (best park in the city!!!) and great food nearby. Great prices foranhattan.
Cons:
Frequent roaches, cold water, and building fixes. MGMT never responds to messages. But landlord is kind of helpful.
Advice to owner:
Answer your calls/emails.
