Pros:
Super is highly responsive. My key was locked into the door and within 20 minutes, I had a new brand new lock. Every issue that I had the super fixed within reasonable time frame.
Cons:
Building is old and you its showing it's age. There was burst pipe on 4th floor apartment that went all the way down the first floor. All repairs was done within that week. Cant speak for all units but my unit is literally besides the outdoor garbage area so we have a pest problem but big enough to make us move out. The stairs feel like they're going bust at any moment. You can feel slight movement on every step you take. Some packages have been stolen
Advice to owner:
Don't only renovate the insides of the units. The common areas can use some repairs.

Pros:
Quiet for the most part. Good neighbors who keep to themselves. Trash area is kept up. Close to subways. Door locks work.
Cons:
Seems like the remodels in the apartments are in rushed and not properly installed. We have had to reach out to maintenance for things breaking down due to half done jobs.
Advice to owner:
Inspect the apartments before you rent them out and after projects are completed.

Pros:
Building is decent, things work, no issues with appliances in the apartment.
Cons:
Crime does happen here, and owner responsiveness is slow to none existent. Had a broken window frame that was not fixed for the first few months.
Advice to owner:
Please be more responsive with issues.

They “change management every 2 years” hahaha
Cons:
Keep the building dirty on purpose the landlord wants the old tenants to go
