    Really a good place
    Former Tenant
    Pros:
    Excellent resident manager. Excellent doormen and concierges. Wonderful, low-key pool. Window-cleaning offered.
    Cons:
    White noise from the traffic on the FDR
    Advice to owner:
    Keep up the good work.
