Pros:
Great location, great super and landlord, have enjoyed living here for 1.5 years
Cons:
Can be very loud, group of people sitting outside ALWAYS, not many amenities

Great location, decent price
Cons:
Very, very loud. Windows do almost nothing to block the sounds out modified car engines, insanely loud car music, dirt bike and ATVs. If you can sleep through your bed shaking from noise, then this is for you
Advice to owner:
Figure out a way to manage noise
