Beautiful Unit - Best Block in Manhattan

Pros:
Very modern renovation with no expenses spared. Nice appliances, wide plank oak floors, lights with dimmers, custom tiled kitchens & baths. Access to unlimited great dining & watering holes. High speed internet included!
Cons:
Not exactly the closest to transportation. Also no dry cleaners nearby.
Advice to owner:
Rooftop access would be a cherry on top

Noisy area but that’s to be expected when you’re living downtown.
