    decent building, but common areas smell like wet dog

    Pros:
    Decent building. Good super.
    Cons:
    Apartments are a little worn down, but fully functional. Some neighbors own loud dogs that bark every time the bell goes off. The common areas smelled like wet dog and ass during the summer and whenever it rained.
    Advice to owner:
    evict the dog owners
