Pros:
The super, Jerry, is friendly. There's laundry in building.
Cons:
There were ceiling leaks and the radiators would get very hot! There were also a roaches every now and then.
Advice to owner:
Units could do with some renovations. Double paned windows would also be nice for sound quality (it's on a busy intersection).

First Time Renting in NYC - Great Apartment

Pros:
- Loved the location to the Q train and 456
- Great proximity to multiple grocery stores
- Relatively quiet location (not perfect)
- Clean inside and clean laundry in basement
- No doorman; never had issue with stolen package
- Responsive super
- Great natural light
Cons:
- Could use remodel/upgrade
- lower water pressure/ not too bad
- no Elevator
